Ultra Wide Band Communication in Underground Mine channel : A Related Review

چکیده

This paper presents a review of Ultra Wide Band (UWB) communication system and its application for the indoor environment, in general, and in underground mine environment. It shows that, to improve the UWB system performance many researcher proposed the modification in transmitting and receiving schemes of UWB system. Literature survey given in this paper, gives brief idea on the techniques which are proposed for performance improvement of UWB communication systems. Though, the proposed work in the literature addressed various issues in implementation of UWB system, much of the work have been concentrated on indoor environment and implementation of such system have not yet been thoroughly investigated in underground mining environment. This paper address various issues in implementation of UWB communication systems in the underground mining environment which is useful to investigate and develop an improved performance UWB base communication system which will be sustainable in such environment.
